All guests entering an event hosted by the Oklahoma County Medical Society are required to present, within 5 business days of the event, proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. All guests will be strongly encouraged to wear face masks unless actively eating or drinking. The policy will be constantly reviewed to determine changes in protocols, with decisions based on the status of COVID-19 cases in our community at the time and our commitment to protecting our guests and community from the virus.
To provide documentation of vaccination:
- Upload a copy of the FRONT of the vaccination card on the registration website; OR
- Email a photo of the front of your vaccination card or a screenshot of the passport to email@example.com.
You and/or your guests will NOT be registered for the event until your vaccination information is received and confirmed by OCMS.
